ALFA DIKEVE’s logistics center is designed to accommodate a variety of industrial and commercial activities, backed by industrial zoning and exceptional access to ports, road and rail networks:

Main Facilities:

Dry Cargo Warehouse: 2,383 m² pallet warehouse with industrial flooring, fire protection, and flexible storage options including pallet racks and packing systems. Fruit processing and export packaging services.
Heavy Bulk Warehouse: 2,041 m² Heavy Bulk Warehouse specialized for heavy cargo with a 12.5-ton bridge crane and 4 high-height industrial doors for dump truck access.
Refrigerated Storage (semi-completed): 4,033 m² Platform specially constructed and designed for Plug- In Logistics for Container Storage of Refrigerated or Frozen Products, including a 1,200 KVA substation and loading docks.
Office Building: 721 m² modern office building over 3 floors.
Guard & Control Center: 50 m² building with full security systems and a dual Weighbridge of 48 tons.
